Building Crew: All Mid American crew members are full-time employees.
- Site Supervisor: provides on site quality assurance and reports directly to the Area Supervisor
The Site Supervisor details the evening schedule, addressing points of concern and provides a nightly spot inspection to assure every detail is being attended to. The Supervisor is also available to provide additional hours as needed.
Additionally, the Site Supervisor is responsible for building security and logging all key cards in and out. The Site Supervisor also provides on-going training and supervision for all cleaning personnel in regards to privacy regulations and procedures.
- Crew Leader: performs as a working member of the cleaning crew. This person has additional experience or skills that increase his/her value to the cleaning effort. In addition to general cleaning, the crew leader assists the Site Supervisor in overseeing the crew and providing quality assurance. The Crew Leader's focus is "attention to detail."
- Cleaning Crew: are trained cleaners with a minimum of 1 year cleaning experience. The crew works full-time, performing normal cleaning activities on a nightly basis under supervision of the Crew Leader and Site Supervisor.
